Registration Fee:

Having appreciated wide welcome of professors, researchers, experts, and students for the forthcoming International Conference on Oriental Manuscripts, this is to inform you that at least one of the author(s) of the paper should enlist his/ her name in and for the conference for doing the registration process and receiving final acceptance of paper(s). Otherwise, the mentioned paper will not be published in the conference proceedings.

The registration fee of participants:

The price of dollar and euro is considered equal in this conference.

Non-attendance presenters or Attendance presenters:     Student: $ 120      Non-student: $ 190

The fee includes sending invitation, participation in the conference of Qom, Tehran, and Istanbul, paper reviewing, issuing internet card, attending in conference, attending in specialized panel and paper presentation, receiving the certificate of paper acceptance and publishing upon mentioning the name of all authors, entertainment among meetings, lunch, conference gifts. 

For participants without paper:

Participants without paper (student; non-student): $ 249

Non-attendance accompanying or attending presenters:   Student: $ 60         Non-student: $ 80

Notes: 

    The registering person as accompanying person should first become a member of the site and create his personal account, then enter his account and complete final registration form. In other words, registering the accompanying person is not possible merely via the account of an author. The accompanying person should enter the accompanying code while registering and such a code is stipulated in corresponding author's panel and accompanying person should receive this code from the corresponding author.

     Paper presenter or the corresponding author is a person whose paper is sent and registered in the conference site under his name. On the conference day, the researcher must present the accepted paper (oral, poster) and will receive the certificate of acceptance.  and publication upon mentioning the title of papers and name of all authors and certificate of participation and presentation upon mentioning the title of paper and his name are granted to him.

     Accompanying person(s) are considered whom his name is mentioned in paper (his name is among paper authors) and attend in conference day together with paper sender and registered one and certificate of acceptance and publication upon mentioning the title of papers and name of all authors and certificate of participation and presentation upon mentioning the title of paper and his name are granted to him.  

Guideline of fee for more papers:

Every person can register 3 papers via users' panel of conference site and if several papers are verified by reviewers, the fee of registering first paper will be full. The registering fee of each of next papers for main participants, accompanying ones, attending and non-attending ones and Student or Non-student  are only $60.

Fee of issuing international certificate of conference: is free. 

Note:

• All payments will be done via internet and personal panel of final registration as Payment by bank transfer.

• It is necessary to submit student card or certificate of studying for student registering ones.
   

Participating in conference as non-attendance:

     For benefiting the cooperation of professors, researchers, studies throughout the world, the secretariat of conference decided to register as non-attendance from those who cannot attend the conference for any reason. The non-attendance participants can participate in conference via Webinar systems of conference and be aware of the conference via webinar system as online at conference site. The researchers who participate in conference as non-attendance, if they do not attend the conference and complete the registration procedure, the paper presenters and accompanying ones will get certificate of paper acceptance and publication upon mentioning the name of all authors, certificate of presentation upon mentioning his name, at last 1 week to 10 days after holding the conference which will be sent to person's address. (There is no difference in certificates issued for attendance and non-attendance participants).

      It should be noted that costs related to packing, express mail, transportation, etc. in non-attendance should be done by yourself, and registration cost of non-attendance is not mentioned above.

Those who have an account in Turkish Lira can deposit the equivalent amount in Lira.

Note: Round-trip expenses, tickets and accommodation are the responsibility of the participants. The executive team of the conference is holding scientific tours, which will be announced in the days close to the conference.
